A recently retired corporate leader and now a board-certified health and wellness coach, Caite’s relatable weight loss story puts a whole new spin on how middle-aged women manage their physical wellbeing through the refreshing lens of metabolic health. Weight gain and weight redistribution is a harsh reality of the menopausal season. This is a great extension of the inspiration that Amber Uhler (Mrs. Universe USA 2025) shared with us in her keynote at the 2025 BeyondBold celebration in November 2025. As always, we will start and end with a beautiful topic-aligned mindfulness practice led by Vaishali Joshi.
